Mentor Overview
This is an overview of the MSKSI Mission & Theory of Change, Mentoring Program, and the role and expectations of our Mentors.

NEXT STEPS OF MSKSI MENTOR ONBOARDING
1. Following receipt of your confirmation, you will receive a Mentor Agreement via Docusign which will outline the roles and responsibilities, as well as liability releases and background check requirements.
2. After completing these steps, Mentor Orientation reviewing curriculum, ethics, and our mentoring online platform will be provided for you later this year (online).
3. Following orientation completion, you will also be matched with your mentee and introduced in 2023, with preliminary steps leading up to the Program Year starting in 2024.
