Join us for a screening of the 6888 movie about a military unit of Black Women in WW2 who were given an impossible task and exceeded expectations with excellence. We will have an inter-generational discussion after the movie. Ages 7+ welcome, snacks provided! Donations are welcomed.

About the Event

The Six Triple Eight is a 2024 American war drama film written and directed by Tyler Perry, on the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion, an all-black, all-female battalion, in World War II. It is based on the article "Fighting a Two-Front War" by Kevin M. Hymel.
