More Black Women Need to Be Mentors!

Kristen Newsome

MSKSI has taken on the mission of inspiring BIPOC girls to become confident, bold world changers through career and personal development mentoring. It is our goal to ensure that through our mentoring program, 1,000 BIPOC girls have successful, representative mentors, are using tools to maintain personal well-being, and are pursuing high-demand career paths after High School by 2030.

Read all about what author Deja Jones says in Madam Noire about the importance of the mentoring relationship between Black women and Black girls, and how it

encourages them to break through stereotypes and helps to create a pathway for them to be leaders in the future. /https://madamenoire.com/707303/black-women-need-mentors/
